Howdy! My name is Maz!
As a genderqueer person who spent the majority of my childhood in religious schools where uniforms were strictly enforced through punishment, it took me a long time to melt through the shame I felt around my body and the clothes I chose to wear.
For me, personal style is sacred.
I believe that clothing should be a comfortable, exciting, and shame-free reflection of our inner being!
My personal style is an ever-changing, ever-growing collection of things that bring me joy! Some days I dress like a clown, like a fairy, or like a schoolboy. Some days, I dress like I’m going to the club. I love to make more traditionally “feminine” or “masculine” pieces feel a little more gender-neutral. And I love color!!
